Talk on the Shropshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy

Shropshire Council has been asked by the government to lead on the production of a Local Nature RecoveryStrategy (LNRS) for Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin, with the support of Natural England and Telford & Wrekin Council. This local strategy is one of 48 others being developed across England which will all knit together to cover the whole country.

We are pleased to welcome Alan Reid formerly of the Forestry Commission, who sits on the LNRS steering group and is closely involved in the development of the strategy, to provide further details on this important project to conserve and enhance biodiversity across the county.

This is a joint meeting with the Abdon Wildlife Group.
